Terms and conditions:Returns:All photos, and descriptions and specifications give an approximate description of the goods. If you need more information about an item, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine sale-able condition in their original box and packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn. Please note the right to return excludes all made to measure and custom made garments. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns on pierced ear-rings. Goods are handwash or dry clean only. No returns will be accepted where items have not been cleaned in accordance with their care labels.AlterationsThere is a 15 day grace period in which Playdead will perform minor alterations to made-to-measure garments at no extra cost.
